The MS1352 ethanol sensor is a micro-gas sensor developed based on MEMS process metal oxide materials, which can be used to detect the content of ethanol gas in the air.
The sensor is the self-developed ethanol gas sensitive material coated on the electrode, when the ethanol gas contact the sensitive material, the conductivity of the sensitive material will change, the use of a specific circuit can be converted into the electrical conductivity change corresponding to the concentration of the gas output signal.
Second, sensor characteristics
Using MEMS process and semiconductor materials, it has the advantages of small size, low power consumption, high sensitivity, fast response recovery, simple drive circuit, good stability, long life, strong structure, good shock resistance and so on.
